Procedure:

1.      Paint the foam base with pink acrylic color uniformly. Try not to smudge. Allow the paint to dry completely.

3.      Cut the flower heads from the stems carefully with wire cutters. Take each flower head and press the bottom of the flower in the foam to form a hole.
